Even if you arent personally helping someone get well, your skills can help keep things running smoothly so more people can be helped. You can even volunteer your time if you want to, and almost any place will accept volunteers for simple tasks. There is always someone who needs to be read to, or a child that needs cheering up.

If you want to move to another country, consider getting training for health care jobs. Most countries have a need for good health care workers, and this may be something you can do to get into the country. These health care jobs are everywhere, and people will always be needed to fill these positions.
