Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance
I have been using blue cross blue shield health insurance for several years, and do have some really mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, blue cross blue shield health insurance is a pretty cheap alternative to many of the other health care providers, but on the other hand, it is a pretty lousy kind of health insurance. Sure, the copay for blue cross blue shield health insurance is always real low, but the downside is that you have to always be waiting. It can take weeks to get an appointment, can take months to get the referral to a specialist if you need it, and well you get the idea. If I could afford one of the more premium health care providers, I would quit blue cross blue shield health insurance right away, and that is a fact.
Of course, most of the health care providers out there are pretty bad. Whether they are HMOs, PPOs, or whatever, they are all a little difficult, and are really only out there for making money. They will maximize the money that they can make, while minimizing the care that their patients can get. When you use blue cross blue shield health insurance, you are put at somewhat of an advantage over some people who have to pay more, but the fact is that it is not really a solution to our nation's health care problems. Besides, blue cross blue shield health insurance is no where near is good as Medicare or Medicaid in terms of prices. The only thing that will really make things better in the long run is to have a system of single payer health care.
Unlike blue cross blue shield health insurance, or any other health care provider, having single payer means that everyone is insured. In countries where everyone pays into a central health system, every single person is sure to get their needs met, whether they have money or not. There will be no more uninsured kids, or families which run in to years of problems when someone goes and gets sick. It is really the very best solution that there is for health care. Until that happens, however many Americans will have to continue to live in fear of getting sick, knowing that it will put a severe strain on their ability to ever make ends meet again. For now, though, I guess I'll stick with blue cross blue shield health insurance.
